Who am I

I am a Danish photographer affiliated with the photography collective Fotogruppen Momento in Copenhagen.

My work spans landscape photography, urban spaces, and everyday scenes, where I use a keen eye for light and atmosphere to capture both the poetic and the documentary. Through my images, I often explore the quiet moment – morning mist, the moods of autumn, or deserted urban environments. My photographs strike a balance between observation and interpretation, turning natural and urban spaces into visual narratives about time, change, and presence.

As an active member of Fotogruppen Momento, I participate in monthly portfolio evenings where image critique and collective reflection are key elements of artistic development. This dialogical approach is reflected in my work, which often reveals an openness and curiosity toward the many layers of the subject.

I work with both classical composition and experimental techniques such as intentional camera movement (ICM), which lends my images a distinctive texture and sense of motion. My practice is rooted in an awareness of photography’s ability to hold onto the fleeting and create space for contemplation.

Through my lens, I invite the viewer to see the familiar anew – not as an escape from reality, but as a discovery of its hidden beauty in everyday life.
