Who am I?

I am a Danish photographer and also member of the photography collective Fotogruppen Momento in Copenhagen and awarded on 1x.com.

My work spans landscape photography, urban spaces, and everyday scenes, where I use a keen eye for light and atmosphere to capture both the poetic and the documentary. Through my images, I often explore the quiet moment, morning mist, or deserted urban environments.

My photographs strike a balance between observation and interpretation, turning natural and urban spaces into visual narratives about time, change, and presence.

Through the lens, I seek out the quiet moments that often pass unnoticed; the hush of fog settling over a field or lake or the gentle interplay of light and shadow on a rain-soaked window.

These are the spaces where time seems to slow, where the noise of daily life recedes, and a sense of stillness emerges. Especially inside me.

My photographs are rooted in the landscapes and cityscapes of the greater Copenhagen area. Places where atmosphere and memory intertwine. I am drawn to the subtle transitions of dusk and dawn, to the way fog softens the edges of the world, to the meditative repetition of everyday routines. Each image is an exploration of solitude, presence, and the beauty found in restraint.

I approach my work with a quiet curiosity, using the camera not only as a tool for documentation but as a means of reflection. The process is as important as the result. A slow walk, a careful observation, a willingness to wait for the right light or the right silence.

I want to create a sense of calm. A visual pause that invites viewers to breathe, to reflect, and to find a moment of tranquillity amid the rush.

Let these photographs be a gentle reminder that there is beauty in stillness, and peace to be found in the quiet corners of the everyday.
